Please allow up to 7 working days for handling and then a further 2-3 working days for shipping, through Royal Mail. We hand pour our candles to order so that when you receive your candle the scent and wax is of the highest quality. If you need your order within a certain amount of days, you can always email us at karen@aromakcandles.com and we should be able to tell you before you place your order if we have any in stock and when your order should arrive.
For all UK mainland orders we will give you free shipping on all orders £30 or over. Returns are not accepted, except for damaged items that may have occurred during transit. If your item has arrived damaged or broken you have 1 week after the product has arrived in which to have your product replaced, we do not accept returns of candles that have been lit. We may require photographic evidence of breakages and of the packaging or we may also require this to be returned
